A donation of medical supplies destined for the fight against COVID-19 arrived over the weekend at Frank País International Airport, in the city of Holguín, on a flight from Toronto, Canada.
The Ministry of Public Health in Cuba reported that as of June 7th, 2.946.572 doses of the Cuban vaccine candidates have been administered across the nation as part of the development strategy of these bio-based products.
President Miguel Diaz-Canel expressed Cuba's satisfaction with cooperating with Latin American and Caribbean nations in the search for solutions to common problems, such as the fight against Covid-19.
