Stories for children, young people and adults, short loves, humor and mystery will find the reader in the titles to be presented at the Havana Book Fair by journalist and writer Ruben Rodríguez, Alejo Carpentier Award winner.

 

A compendium of interviews carried out over the last 30 years by prominent Cuban author Eduardo Heras León, to whom is dedicated the 28th edition of the International Book Fair, is among the novelties of the Holguín publishing house Ediciones La Luz for the Havana Book Fair to take place in Havana from February 7 to 17.

 

The 10 events of 2018 in the province of Holguín that aspire to win the Cultural Event of the Year Award were nominated by the Circle of Journalists specializing in this subject in the territory.

 

Holguín journalist and writer Rubén Rodríguez González has won the Alejo Carpentier Prize, the most important literary award granted by the Cuban Book Institute, for his unpublished storybook "El año que nieve".
