Brisas Guardalavaca resumes services in third phase post-COVID-19

The Brisas Guardalavaca Hotel, four-star category belonging to the Cubanacán chain in the province of Holguín, has resumed tourist services to the national market, based on the sanitary-hygienic measures applied to this sector in the third phase post-COVID -19.
Noel Fernández, commercial director of the entity, said to the Cuban News Agency that due to the current epidemiological situation the country is facing, the measures adopted by the Government aim to achieve proper functioning in all areas service and common spaces within the facility.
The protocol to follow extends throughout the hotel, including the receiving of supplies and customer service during their stay, he pointed out.
The measures implemented include the use of televisions in public areas to inform guests about the menu available in bars, cafes and restaurants, as well as the gastronomic service directed to tables in light food spaces.
During the cessation of services due to the scourge of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus causing COVID-19, various maintenance and repair works were carried out at the facility for the improvement of the air conditioning system, the pumping pools and supplying hot and cold water to rooms.
The main Ranchón, dedicated to various gastronomic services, also underwent maintenance work aimed at expanding the shaded areas around the pools and to the beach areas closest to it where a diving center is also built, available for the entire tourist resort.
