The fair “Potenciamos lo local”, will be held for the first in the city of Holguín from November 23 to 25, with the aim to promote the opportunities and experiences of the mini-industries and new economic actors for the development and use of native resources.

The progress of the rehabilitation of important works in execution in the provincial university hospital V.I. Lenin was valued as positive by the Minister of Public Health, Dr. José Ángel Portal Miranda, at the end of a working visit to the province together with a team of directors and officials of that body.

The government plan for the prevention of risks, criminal acts and illegal activities affecting natural resources is contributing to reducing infractions in this area in the province of Holguín through a series of environmental training and education initiatives.
