Outstanding participation of Holguin University in Int’l Congress

Since February 10 a delegation from the University of Holguin (Uho) is participating in the 12th International Congress University 2020 that takes place in Havana until the 14th of February.
The Holguin delegation has participated in keynote lectures, workshops and symposiums, in which about 39 papers on topics related to science and the training of Education professionals have been presented. It stands out the scientific projects related to the offers of programs and academic services.
The meeting, which promotes the dialogue among researchers, led to the exchange with representatives of the international cooperation of Canadian schools and institutes, and the approach to other Cuban and foreign institutions attending the event.
On the other hand, the stand of the Uho in the exhibition area promotes the work of the institution in the social, scientific and extension field, and promotes a small photographic exhibition dedicated to its five decades of history.
The agenda included the presentation of the Qualis Magazine of the University of Holguin, a compendium on topics related to university-business management, the quality of accreditation processes, financing, virtualization and internationalization of Higher Education, as well as other lines that point to research on the environment, energy and sustainable development.
