New route has a favorable impact in the city of Holguín

Several sectors of the population of Holguín have benefited in recent months with the establishment of the A2 route that links the Alcides Pino neighborhood with the Mayabe Cemetery. The lack of link between near areas of the military road with the Surgical Clinic Lucia Iñiguez Landín, was an approach that constantly received by the Provincial Department of Transportation in the accountability assemblies.
So, as a result of the incorporation of new media of transportation, it was decided to establish this route that runs, from Alcides Pino, the military road, the Piedra Blanca, Nuevo Holguín and Pedro Díaz Coello deals, to the Surgical Clinical Hospital, the university headquarters CSM and the Cemetery of Mayabe.
As reported Delio Almaguer, chief of operations of the Provincial Department of Transportation, this route currently works at the hours of 05:00 am to 08:00 pm and has great acceptance among passengers, according to a survey conducted to citizens.
"It has benefited many people, because before we had to take several cars a day and that involved a substantial expenditure of money. I, for example, have two children and I have to move a lot, so this bus arrived at a very favorable moment for me, "says Aniuska, a doctor who lives near the Military Road.
Another of the favored is Raul, self-employed, who regularly moves to the terminal The Balearic, who states that: "they passes almost one after the other, I was a few minutes waiting for it and I am on my way now. The service is comfortable, systematic and safe. "
For her part, Leonor, a 10th grade student who lives in Alcides Pino, says: "I have to travel to the Instituto Pre-unirsitario (IPU) Lucia Iñiguez Landín every day and now the A2 bus leaves me right in front of the school and it really fits me perfectly ".
Everything that is done to facilitate the transfer of passengers in Holguín is valid, above all, when a considerable part of the medical services of the province were transferred to the Lucia Iñiguez Landín Surgical Clinic; without doubts, the population thanks it. /Radio Angulo
