The hotel chain E Hotels located in the historic center of the city of Holguín promotes various gastronomic and recreational activities, aimed at both the national and foreign markets.
During the COVID-19 pandemic in the eastern territory, the facilities belonging to the hotel chain such as Saratoga and Caballeriza remained open offering take-out food. From the second half of November they began offering services to the table, while the Caballeriza started to market the lodging service.
Rosaida Estrada, commercial specialist for this area in Holguín, told ACN that after the resumption of the rest of the activities, the thematic dinners were resumed by reservation in the restaurants of these two facilities, where customers can enjoy a menu consisting of Cuban, Italian or Asian dishes.
She added that the end of the year festivities will include the offering of special dinners for families, which will also be able to enjoy the musical accompaniment of the local talent, in order to guarantee a pleasant evening on these holidays.
As of this month, services related to the reservation of premises for the celebration of parties such as birthdays and weddings will also begin to be provided, mainly in the interior patios of the Saratoga and Caballeriza hotels, distinguished by their comfort and the attractiveness of their recreational areas.
This hotel chain also has a third accommodation facility in the main municipality, known among Holguín residents as the Esmeralda hotel, located around the Carlos Manuel de Céspedes park (also known as San José), which is undergoing renovation works.
Holguín is one of the main destinations for city tourism in this eastern province, due to the location of emblematic places such as Loma de la Cruz, and the celebration of internationally recognized events such as the Ibero-American Festival and Romerías de Mayo.
