The passage of tropical storm Elsa about 85 kilometers from the patrimonial village of Trinidad, in this central Cuban province, leaves more benefits than damages to the agricultural development plans, specialists assure today.

Her Excellency Mrs. Beate Stirø, Norwegian ambassador to Cuba, on Tuesday paid a visit to the province of Holguín, where she referred to several of the existing projects between her country and the largest of the Antilles, including the environment, culture and energy.
