How does young person of these times consider a rhythm that emerged in the 30s of the last century? This can be a recurring issue before entering the scene, the theater.

But what the audience does not imagine is that the mambo is just a pretext to tell-criticize our culture, to ask ourselves who we are, where we are, what we do. There are symbols everywhere. A particular Island

We are not just tobacco, rum, mulatto and dominoes. We are the mix of different cultures, race... we are stronger than that tourist cliché. And that is what George Céspedes defends with his piece Mambo 321.

That is what he tries to tell us through the movement, almost geometric, of the dancers of Contemporary Dance of Cuba (DCC), a company that came to Holguín to celebrate the 80's anniversary of the Eddy Suñol theater.
