Holguin Say Yes for the Continuity of the Cuban Revolution

"Without this Revolution, it would be impossible to reach this moment when the people vote for the Constitution, which will safeguard their rights," said Army General Ramon Espinosa Martin, deputy minister of the Revolutionary Armed Forces and head of the Eastern Strategic Region, after voting Yes for the new Magna Carta that, this February 24, is submitted to Referendum by the people of Cuba.
