The 32nd Romerías de Mayo, an event to be held from May 2 to 8 in Holguín under the slogan “cultural industries in favor of young art”, was announced on Tuesday at press conference held in the city of Holguín.
Actress Veronica Lynn, National Theater and Television Award winner, critic and researcher Luciano Castillo and the Casa Gitana project will receive the Lucía de Honor Award at the 19th Gibara International Poor Film Festival, which will run from April 15 to 19.
Galería Holguín will host the 26th edition of the Municipal Visual Arts Salon "El Angelote" from April 8 to 10.
The 19th edition of he Gibara International Low Budget Film Festival (Festival Internacional del Cine Pobre de Gibara) will take place from April 15 to 19 in this coastal city, with the aim of revitalizing Cuban and community cinema, as recently announced by the organizing committee.
