Part of Cuba's energy future lies in large investments in photovoltaic parks such as the one being built in Corúa 5, in the Holguín municipality of Mayarí.
The inauguration of the spring planting campaign took place at the agricultural mini-production area of Jagüeyes in the Rafael Freyre Municipality. The event brought together a group of young people, workers and provincial and municipal authorities, who participated in the corn planting.
Manuel Francisco Hernández Aguilera, governor of the province of Holguín, today called for the Business Fair “Holguín for a 26 in the 25th”, to be held from April 24 to 26 in this eastern city, with the aim to strengthen the local economy and tighten links between actors and entities.
The Cuban Press Day in Holguín began with a symbolic journey to the Sao Corona cave, where in 1895 the newspaper "El Cubano Libre" was reissued by Antonio Maceo. This marked the start of the celebrations that will extend until March 15.
