The Prime Minister of Cuba, Manuel Marrero Cruz, continued this Friday the tour of the municipality of Gibara, in the eastern province of Holguín, as a candidate for deputy to the National Assembly of People's Power.

Ines María Chapman Waugh, Vice Prime Minister of Cuba, together with other candidates for deputies to the National Assembly of People's Power for the municipality of Banes, in Holguín, spoke today with tourism workers, as part of the exchanges with the population prior to the national elections on March 26.

A new air traffic control tower at the Frank Pais international airport in the eastern Cuban province of Holguín is expected to increase regional air navigation safety and land operations with first-generation equipment.

 

Her Excellency Mrs. Beate Stirø, Norwegian ambassador to Cuba, on Tuesday paid a visit to the province of Holguín, where she referred to several of the existing projects between her country and the largest of the Antilles, including the environment, culture and energy.
