Electoral authorities in Holguin are inmersed in the logistics with a view to the Dynamic Test on Sunday, February 17, prior to the Constitutional Referendum on February 24th.
In meeting presided over by Gertrudis Bejerano, vice-president of the Government in the Eastern province, participants pointed out the training and completion of the electoral authorities.
Bejerano insisted that those in charge of the polling stations should be the most prepared, attending to the high responsibility that corresponds to them. This Friday, all the constituencies will receive the complete electoral material.
Food, transportation, communications, sale of tabloids with the text of the new Magna Carta of Cuba, dissemination and running of institutions providing services were among the issues addressed in the meeting, attended by presidents of Popular Councils, executives and officials of agencies with tasks related to the Referendum.
The Vice President, after analyzing all the logistics, confirmed her confidence that the electorate of the 2, 466 polling stations of the province endorses the Law of Laws, "giving the Yes for the Homeland, the Revolution and socialism" .
There are more than 8,276 young people from Holguin who will vote for the first time on February 24, historical date, because that same day, in 1895, began the Necessary War, the last independence struggle of the island.
