The Brisas Guardalavaca Hotel, a four-star category, belonging to the Cubanacán chain, resumes its services to the foreign market, since the arrival on Tuesday of two commercial flights of the Canadian airline Air Transat through the Frank País international airport in the province of Holguín.

Noel Fernández Cueria, commercial director of this hotel facility, explained that as a result of the arrival of these international flights, Brisas is reintegrating itself into the foreign market, a tourist activity interrupted in March due to the impact of the new SARS CoV-2 coronavirus on the country.

Since the end of July, this emblematic hotel, belonging to Guardalavaca beach, has restarted its services aimed at clients residing in Cuba, both Cubans and foreigners, based on the establishment of a protocol of measures aimed at guaranteeing a proper operation in all service areas and common spaces within the facility.

Besides, a strict compliance with these parameters continues to be required in order to ensure the health and well-being of guests and workers in Brisas Guardalavaca Hotel, considered both as clients during their stay at the hotel, said the commercial specialist.

During the cessation of services due to the new coronavirus, important maintenance works were carried out in the hotel, focused on the central air conditioning system, the pumping system of swimming pools, as well as the hot and cold water supply to the rooms.

The main Snack Bar dedicated to various gastronomic services was also repaired; besides, more shaded areas were added around the pools and in the closest beach extension, where a club for water activities and a diving center is available.

The Brisas Guardalavaca hotel, with almost 26 years of experience, is distinguished by the proximity of its facilities to the beach, as well as by its quality service.
