The Casa de Iberoamérica and the Provincial Delegation of the Ministry of Culture in Holguín invite those interested in cultural tourism to participate in the 30th edition of the Ibero-American Culture Festival, from October 24 to 30, 2024.
The event will bring together national and foreign specialists, academics, intellectuals and artists in an ideal context for a meeting of cultures.
According to Lisset Baster, Communication and Public Relations Specialist at the Casa de Iberoamérica, the event will maintain its traditional spaces; among them: the Ibero-American Congress of Thought, Iberoarte and Iberocuento, as well as exhibitions, book presentations, theater and dance companies.
Among the main activities of the upcoming Festival are the Ibero-American Colloquium of Letters, the Virtual Ibero-American Exhibition of Plastic Arts, dedicated to cultural diversity in Ibero-America, and the Meeting of Paper Artists.
Every year, the Festival invites artists, cultural promoters and researchers from various parts of the country and the world to come to Holguín to dialogue and share art and love.
During these 30 years it has become a space where theoretical, artistic, community and sociocultural events come together, promoting exchanges on each occasion and keeping alive the conscious spirit that art also saves.
The Ibero-American Culture Festival was held for the first time in 1993 and since then this event brings together artists and intellectuals from Cuba and the world. (Source: ACN)
