Bloguerías de Mayo, the ideal space to communicate in networks

Bringing to digital platforms all the sociocultural activities of the World Festival of Artistic Youth is the biggest challenge of Bloguerías de Mayo, a space committed to the participation of bloggers, journalists and specialists in the digital ecosystem of the 29th edition of the event.
Identified as the natural setting for the promotion of the Romerías de Mayo, the Bloguerías take place at the Alex Urquiola Provincial Library in this city, and this first day included the presentation of the platform "Digital Art created with Artificial Intelligence" by the Italian based in Holguín Mario Mazzola.
Mazzola said that this proposal is his modest contribution to the computerization of Cuban society and guided the dialogue with students of English Language at the University of Holguín who are members of the Catharsis project, who exchanged with the author about the world of cryptocurrencies and the novel possibility of creating digital art.
A Telegram bot is connected to the unrealART platform to generate the works from words or phrases that are shared with the application, choosing the desired pictorial style, explained Mazzola.
Also, a Telegram channel is available to exhibit the works and, at the same time, they can be viewed in a gallery in real time within the portal of the citizen of Holguín municipality.
Luis Ernesto Ruiz Martínez, coordinator of the event, told ACN that the tenth edition of Bloguerías de Mayo will feature the panel "The creation of content as a goal of work in cyberspace", by young journalists from Cubadebate Ana Dailén Álvarez Guerrero and Jorge Alejandro Suñol Robles, among other colleagues.
On Friday, Bloguerías will include the panel "Con Filo: a project that tears the seam of media manipulation against Cuba", added Ruiz Martínez.
Bloguerías de Mayo promotes the exchange between friends who are committed to making culture and communication from the new information technologies.
