The second dialogue between Cuba and the European Union (EU) on sustainable development will take place virtually on Friday, November 20, at the headquarters of the delegation of that regional group in Havana.

The Prime Minister of Cuba, Manuel Marrero, today insisted on restriction measures to prevent the spread of Covid-19 in the eastern province of Guantánamo, a territory with a complex epidemiological situation.
