The Hermanos Saíz Association (AHS) and the Provincial Center of Plastic Arts in Holguín have launched the call for the 29th edition of Babel, the event dedicated to the visual arts in the Romerías de Mayo festival, which will be held in this Cuban city from May 2 to 8.

Health satff at the Lucía Íñiguez Landín clinical surgical hospital of Holguín, on Tuesday paid tribute to Dr. Maximino Lamoth Quiala, who died on Sunday in Mexico, where he was carrying out an internationalist mission about eight months ago.
