Solidarity organizations based in the United States delivered on Saturday a donation valued at more than 70 thousand dollars to support the recovery of the western province of Pinar del Río, hit by Hurricane Ian.

“COVID-19 has not gone away and the danger of the appearance of variants and subvariants is latent”, was the call made by Dr. María Eugenia Escobar, a Second Degree specialist in Hygiene and Epidemiology in the eastern province of Holguín.
