Cuba's Prime Minister, Manuel Marrero, reiterated on Tuesday the call to comply with discipline the protocols established to face the Covid-19 pandemic, given the increase in the number of infections.

Due to the increase in confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the province of Holguín, restrictive measures and sanitary protocols are strengthened in order to contain the disease in the midst of a complex epidemiological situation spread throughout Cuba due to the presence of SarsCov-2 variants.

The draft bill of the Social Communication Law was presented on Thursday in Holguín, as part of the open consultation process in the country for citizens to study the text and issue opinions to achieve a successful articulation of the media and institutional communication system, in accordance with the regulations that regulate it.
