The cultural ties that unite the peoples of the United States and Cuba are present once again in the 28th edition of the Ibero-American Culture Festival through the photographic exhibition "Peleas de gallo" by Bob Michael and the jazz musician León Quincy in an event that gathers artists, researchers and cultural promoters in the city of Holguín from October 24 to 30.
