Holguín educators present their experiences in “Pedagogy 2025”

The experience of the province of Holguín in the management of educational services through projects were presented in the XIX International Congress “ Pedagogy 2025”, which was held in Havana from February 10 to 13.
The Holguín delegation was made up of 43 professionals from the sector, who spoke on the best ways to educate in the usefulness of virtue, as highlighted in the opening conference by Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences Naima Ariatne Trujillo Barreto, Minister of Education in Cuba.
The Minister highlighted the Third Improvement of the Cuban educational system, whose fundamental principle is comprehensive training, since it requires citizens with high skills, but also with a high human sense, critical and identified with their nation and the preservation of peace, equality and the protection of the environment.
The presentations by the Holguín delegation were related to learning, educational inclusion, job training, management skills, the professionalization of the management of educational institutions, as well as vocational training and education in values, among others.
The unity of educators is the central idea of this event that every two years brings together educators from various regions of the world in a scenario of exchange, dialogue and joint work in order to develop quality Education in the face of the multiple challenges generated by the global crisis.
