Cuba will shortly have a Fund for Industrial Development, one of the novel initiatives the Council of Ministers approved to help boost this sector.

Twenty-five foreign doctors from 10 countries graduated on Monday at the Holguín University of Medical Sciences (UCMHo), an institution that in 49 years has graduated more than 30 thousand Cuban doctors and health professionals from 47 countries.
