
Representatives of the United Nations are holding talks with the United States government to facilitate the shipment of fuel for humanitarian purposes to Cuba, amid the serious energy crisis facing the island as a result of the oil embargo imposed by President Donald Trump, the spokesperson for the Secretary-General of the organization, Stéphane Dujarric, reported this Tuesday.
