The Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment (Citma) in the province of Holguín continues the elimination of environmental liabilities, one of the strategies to contribute to the reduction of areas affected by open pit mining.

The Cuban Book Institute announced this Wednesday the availability of tickets for the 33rd Havana International Book Fair, which will take place at the San Carlos de La Cabaña fortress from February 13 to 23.
According to the statement, the president will participate in events commemorating the 80th anniversary of the proclamation of independence and founding of the then Democratic Republic of Vietnam, and the victory in the Chinese People’s War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War.
