The head of state arrived at Pulkovo airport in St. Petersburg, the first stop of his visit to the Eurasian country, where he was received by the governor of the city, Alexander Beglov, and by the chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee, Evgeny Grigoriev, reported Prensa Latina.
On Sunday, January 13th, Holguín will complete the taking office of the 1,266 electoral commissions of this eastern province, another of the stages prior to the Constitutional Referendum set for February 24 in Cuba.
