The recently concluded ExpoCaribe International Fair was an excellent opportunity for Cuban entrepreneurs to promote their goods and services, establish business contracts and enter new commercial markets.

About a year ago, the local newspaper ¡ahora! went out to the streets of the city of Holguín to capture the images of people who move like nomads through the most crowded places of the city.

Yolanda Rivas, Second Secretary for Political and Cultural Affairs of the Canadian Embassy in Cuba, visited the city of Holguín in eastern Cuba. Rivas held meetings with government authorities and political and mass organizations in the territory.
