In response to the demand of the National Health System to increase human resources in hospital institutions for the specialized care of seriously ill patients, the mid-level technician in anesthesia course will soon begin for the first time in Cuba, and the first steps are being taken in Holguín to guarantee the registration and training of these professionals.
