The Territorial Division of the Cuban Telecommunications Company (Etecsa) in Holguín held on Tuesday the annual balance meeting to evaluate the behavior of indicators during 2023 and establish projections for 2024.

The Popular Provincial Court of Havana held, between December 14th, 2021 and February 3rd, 2022, the oral and public trials corresponding to the six criminal cases for the events on July 11th and 12th of last year, at Esquina de Toyo, in Diez de Octubre municipality, and La Güinera, in Arroyo Naranjo municipality. These procedures were followed against 129 citizens, accused of committing and provoking serious disturbances and acts of vandalism, with the purpose of destabilizing public order, collective security, and citizen tranquility.

These days, the debate on induced inflation has dominated public spaces and the media. The plot exposed by Cuban Television, which revealed the involvement of external actors associated with the State Department and U.S. intelligence services, mobilized Cuban society, which has been severely affected by these actions.
