Cuba reiterated on Wednesday its commitment to global efforts to address climate change, but made clear the principle of common but differentiated responsibilities, which should not be forgotten by developing countries in the current context.

A confidential trove of documents obtained by The Washington Post is being called “The modern-day Pentagon Papers.” The documents reveal how senior U.S. officials have lied throughout the 18-year war in Afghanistan, the longest war in U.S. history.

 

Ernesto Soberon, Director General of Consular Affairs and Cuban Residents Abroad at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, said Tuesday that the Cuban government is working to continue improving the country's migration policies, despite the prohibitions of the U.S. administration.
