No deaths in Cuba due to Covid-19, 14 new cases

The national director of Epidemiology in Cuba, Francisco Duran, reported today that 14 new cases were diagnosed with Covid-19, but for the sixth consecutive day, no deaths were reported.
 
In his morning briefing on the course of the pandemic, Duran said that 2,15 tests were conducted and 14 people tested positive for the SARS-CoV-2 virus, 12 of them women and the rest men.
 
All are Cuban and 13 of them were asymptomatic. From March to date, 1,124 patients had no symptoms of Covid-19 at the time of the test, the expert said.
 
With respect to the deceased, Duran said that the death toll remains at 83, while he regretted that three people are in intensive care as seriously ill. / PL
