China on Tuesday expressed its firm condemnation of any US attempt to boycott the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games and also the persistence by this and other countries to politicize sports.

The Cuban Baseball Federation considered as unacceptable the provocations that took place during a game of the pre-Olympic tournament held on Monday in Florida, according to a statement to the International Baseball Confederation.
