Evo Morales is safe, says Foreign Minister of Mexico

Mexican Foreign Minister Marcelo Ebrard said today the life and integrity of former president of Bolivia, Evo Morales, are safe.
'The Mexican Air Force plane has already taken off with Evo Morales on board,' Ebrard wrote in his Twitter account.
According to the international conventions in force, he stressed, it is under the protection of Mexico.
'His life and integrity are safe,' he concluded.
Before leaving his country, the former Bolivian president, who resigned from his position to avoid a bloodbath after the coup of November 10, expressed that he will soon return 'with more strength and energy'. / PL
