Who sets the limits of what is allowed on social networks? Is it right that anarchy prevails with respect to the dissemination of content, without the mediation of ethics or common sense? How can we differentiate the common from the personal in an overpopulated cyberspace?

In recent times, it has become much more common to hear or see complaints on social networks about the unscrupulous behavior of those who want to live at the expense of making easy money, with sophisticated methods that make them difficult to detect.

As a prelude to the popular consultation on the draft Code of Childhood, Adolescence and Youth, which should take place from February to March this year, a meeting was held chaired by Beatriz Roque Morales, national director of Special Education, to discuss the structure and content of the Code, as well as key aspects that should be taken into account during the consultation process.
