Speaking at the 13th Extraordinary Summit of the Heads of State and Government of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America-People’s Trade Treaty (ALBA-TCP) on Wednesday, Diaz-Canel called on the mechanism and all nations of the world to “condemn the irrational attack by the administration of US President Donald Trump.”
