This Wednesday, Cubans pay tribute to the martyrs of the Homeland in public squares, streets, and avenues, due to the historical coincidences of events associated with independence fighters of the island.

The First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba and President of the Republic, Miguel Díaz-Canel held on Monday in Bridgetown, the capital of Barbados, high-level meetings with the president of that country, Dame Sandra Mason and Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley.

Numerous voices in Cuba rejected on Sunday the inclusion of the Caribbean country in a punitive list on religious freedom drawn up and updated every year by the United States.
