Holguín’s young people mark anniversary of the Revolution

With the provincial event for the 55 years of the Youth Technical Brigades, which centers its work in the field of research and innovation, the Union of Young Communists (UJC) in Holguín began the activities to celebrate the anniversary of the triumph of the Cuban Revolution.
Alain Galván Fernández, head of the ideological department of the Provincial Committee of the UJC, said that on December 15 there will be a day of productive mobilization, with emphasis on the territories where there are sugar mills.
"One of our premises is the support for food production and, in this case, the sugar sector, which requires a different perspective," he explained.
The program of activities also includes the rally for the 97th anniversary of the University Student Federation, on December 20, at the University of Holguín; as well as the reissue of the passage of the Caravan of Freedom from Cacocum to Las Tunas, from January 2 and 4.
The youth organization has developed a successful balance process in 12 municipalities.
In 2020, the UJC members in Holguín will hold the provincial assembly and participate in the 11th Congress of the UJC, in the month of April.
