Holguín company manufactures supplies for tobacco production

The Héroes del 26 de Julio Mechanical Company (Holmeca), based in Holguín province, guaranteed supplies for the Tabacuba Group in this territory with the aim of increasing the efficiency of its services.
The manufacturing of implements and trailers includes spare parts such as discs, tobacco semi-trailers, mowers, mulchers, and other instruments.
Rolando Batista Paz, the company's senior production specialist, told the Cuban News Agency that the production of 160 components is planned, including three-disc plows.
The specialist reported the construction of 40 trailers, trailed and integral disc harrows, and other components of interest for this corporate group's production, which replaces imports.
The range of implements is in the process of being validated, and the efficiency of these elements extends to various crops, Batista Paz added.
Holmeca Mechanical Company reaffirms its corporate purpose of meeting the needs of organizations for tractors, their aggregates, and various services that guarantee commercial links in Holguín.
