62nd anniversary of Minint celebrated in Holguín

The Ministry of the Interior (Minint) in Holguín commemorated on Monday, June 6, the 62nd anniversary of its creation.
Presided over by the highest authorities of the Party and Government in the province, the FAR, the Minint and representatives of the political and mass organizations, a group of officers were promoted to higher ranks, while more than 40 combatants were decorated with the Distinction for 10, 15 and 20 years of Service and the Distinguished Service.
Ernesto Santiesteban Velázquez, first secretary of the Party in the province, congratulated all the forces that make up the ranks of the Ministry in the territory, whose mission as guarantors of citizen tranquility, security and internal order is appreciated by the people, the greatest recognition that the combatants of the different fronts of this Body can receive, watchful of the preservation of the revolutionary conquests, which gave rise to its creation.
