International trade fair kicks off in Holguín

The ExpoHolguín-2023 trade fair kicks off in this eastern Cuban city on Tuesday, which has become a business platform for promoting alliances and alternatives in the production of goods and services.
Until April 7, about 100 Cuban and foreign companies will identify opportunities and enhance economic and commercial interests.
This time, the fair will take place in a new scenario, where a representation of all economic actors established in the country will meet with foreign entities, under the objective proposed by the slogan of this edition: “For Cuba to grow.”
Canada will be the Guest of Honor, recognizing this northern nation’s close ties with this territory in two strategic activities: nickel and cobalt production and tourism.
ExpoHolguín 2023 was convened by Governor Julio César Estupiñán, with a sponsorship program designed in different levels (Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze), to which 13 companies, including Havana Club, Geocuba, SalvaPC, Consyba, Desoft, and DomIberica International, have applied.
ExpoHolguín-2023 is under the guidance of the Ministry of Foreign Trade, the Cuban Association of Social Communicators, and the Cuban Chamber of Commerce (CCC). This edition is devoted to the CCC to celebrate the 60th anniversary of its foundation. (Source: Prensa Latina)
