Holguín in Referendum of the Family Code

This September 25 people from Holguín are going to the 2,412 polling stations located throughout the province to exercise the right to vote in the Family Code Referendum.
One of the first to arrive at the polling station in his area of residence, accompanied by his family, was Ernesto Santiesteban Velázquez, member of the Central Committee and first secretary of the Party in the province.
