Bandec in Holguín boosts e-commerce

Expanding the benefits offered by electronic payment channels for users of the service is one of the purposes of the Great Trade Fair to be held by the Bank of Credit and Commerce (Bandec) in Holguín, on the 14th.
Mayelín Figueredo Peña, specialist in Communication and Marketing in the Provincial Directorate of this entity, said to the ACN that the fair is among the actions carried out in the territory as part of the necessary electronic commerce process, as a safe and fast way to manage services and processes.
In this space, which will include all the branches and commercial offices of the 14 municipalities of the province, prior to showing the identity card, the magnetic and multi-bank cards will be delivered to customers who have previously requested them, she added.
For users who already have the magnetic card, they will be given the multibank card, which is the key to access different electronic payment methods in Cuba, and is a service for account holders operated by magnetic cards issued by Bandec.
In this way, greater agility and ease is achieved to operate through Transfermóvil, EnZona and other payment platforms in the country; as well as guaranteeing various services through electronic and telephone banking, Caja Extra benefits, ATMs, and point of sale terminals, among others, Figueredo Peña noted.
The technological and computerized development of banking services constitutes an achievement that allows the advancement of this sector, as well as the possibility of offering its clients options for consultation, payments, transfers, amortizations, contributions and other operations with greater comfort, immediacy, security and economy through electronic payment channels, which is a priority for Bandec.
