UHo awarded in Congress of Higher Education

For the third time, the University of Holguín (UHo) received the Best Design Stand Award at the International University Congress 2022, which concluded this Friday in Havana.
The event, which promoted UHo's results, research and offers, favored interaction and positioning of the corporate image, explained the MsC. Lisneth Rodríguez Hernández, director of Institutional Communication of the house of high studies.
The signing of framework agreements with the Veracruzana University of Higher Education of Mexico and the exchange with the Association of Bolivarian Rectors of Venezuela, the Miranda International Center Foundation and the Ministry of University Education, of Venezuela, as well as with the University Agency of the Francophonie of the Caribbean, were some of the actions carried out in this scenario to enhance international cooperation, explained Dr.Sc. Isabel Cristina Torres, rector of the Holguín university.
Successful events were held by the delegates of this academic institution in the 13th edition of the Higher Education Congress in Cuba, which addressed issues related to innovation and sustainable and inclusive development, to what the university of these times is called, so the application of science is required in all political, economic and social spheres in order to achieve a more just and equitable society.
