Stereo G, the best rave party in Cuba

The most important electronic music event in Cuba in 2023 begins in Caletones beach, GIbara, this Friday, August 19. For two days the Stereo G Festival will sound with all the diversity of the production of Cuban DJs and foreign guests.
Despite the economic shortcomings that limited the Festival, this 12th edition will have a greater artistic quality in the mixes. “This time the DJs will not only be mixing as an elegant artistic form, but also mixing their own musical creations”, said Danilo Guerrero, member of the organizing committee and guest DJ.
According to Dagner Parra, whose stage name is DJ Whisper, one of the objectives of this edition is to bring less commercial music in the party sense, and bring it closer to the artists' productions.
In this regard, they have invited relevant exponents of the genre who will participate for the first, including Dío Dmark and Mr. George, leaders of electronic music projects in Havana with consolidated work.
Also at the event will be X-Alox, from Havana, and Agnostic, from Mexico.
This edition of the event will have a high-quality audio system, as well as a decisive improvement in lighting and staging in general. The festival's main form of direct communication is the stereog festival Instagram account.
This outdoor celebration is organized by the branch of the “Hermanos Saíz” Association in Holguín and Electrozona.
On Saturday Electrozona, in the hands of DJ Whisper, will pay tribute to the founders of the festival, Tiko Sk8 and DJ Pika, through audiovisual materials linked to the work of these young artists.
Stereo G will start at 4:00 in the afternoon and will end at 6:00 in the morning, on the 18th and 19th of August.
