Casa de Iberoamérica involved in electronic commerce

Casa de Iberoamérica, located in the historic center of the city of Holguín, opened on Thursday a trade fair along with the Information Technology for Defense Company (Xetid), with the aim to promote a series of products and services that will allow their insertion in electronic commerce.
Mercedes Lores Casamayor, head of the Communication department of theinstitution, said to the ¡ahora! digital newspaper that people interested in taking advantage of the possibilities offered by the EnZona platform, will be able to visit its headquarters, where they will receive all the necessary information.
On this occasion, all the publications awarded with the José Manuel Guarch Delmonte National Research Prize will be available on EnZona Boulevard, as part of the Ibero-American Congress of Thought that takes place each year in the context of the Ibero-American Culture Festival.
Likewise, clients will have the opportunity to access two issues of the Gayza Research and Social Criticism Magazine and the foundations of the various courses taught at the cultural institution, she added.
For his part, Eduardo Salazar Martínez, senior specialist at Xetid in Holguín, explained that it will be a public event in which other opportunities associated with this electronic payment channel will also be presented, such as the electricity bill and transfers.
Through the use of banners, giant prints and adequate connectivity, the specialists who will participate will explain the contents to the interested people and will explain doubts and concerns regarding these actions, he added.
The EnZona project was presented since July 2019 and facilitates the development of financial operations and digital businesses, whose procedures can be carried out through the use of cards from Banco Popular d Ahorro (BPA), Banco de Crédito y Comercio (Bandec) and Banco Metropolitano ( Banmet), without requiring the Telebanca matriarchal card.
