The Agriculture sector in Holguín urges the solution of various agrarian processes to give continuity to decree laws 259 and 300, which establish the delivery of land in usufruct and favor the implementation of the 63 measures aimed at seeking the transformation of this sector in Cuba, severely impacted due to climate change, the financial crisis and the US blockade against the Caribbean nation for more than six decades.
