As a strategy to combat media manipulation and promote political, academic, cultural, and popular dialogue, the First Granma Rebelde International Festival opened this Friday at the Cultural Station on Línea and 18th Street in the Havana, Cuba.

The common past between Cuba and the Canary Islands, migration and an identity capable of crossing borders, emerge today as the central axes of the documentary "Return", by the actress and director from the island, Blanca Rosa Blanco.
