A business forum on biotechnology and health showcases trade and investment opportunities in Cuba, as part of the activities organized this Tuesday by the Caribbean country at Expo Dubai 2022.

Cuba's Consumer Price Index (CPI) grew by 2.33 percent in August compared to the previous month, the National Statistics and Information Office (ONEI) reported on Friday. According to a report published, the indicator that allows knowing the average variation experienced by the prices of a basket of goods and services, representative of the population's consumption in a given period, stood at 233.03 compared to the benchmark year of 2010.

In correspondence with its research tradition, the province of Holguín won two National Awards from the Cuban Academy of Science (ACC) this year, both of high scientific and social impact, which are based on the results of studies implemented in this eastern territory.
