The Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment (CITMA to its Spanish acronym) urged today on Twitter to combat the effects of climate change with global initiatives and national plans that have an impact at the local level, such as the Cuban Tarea Vida (Task Life).
The Hermanos Avilés Orchestra, the oldest active orchestra not only in Cuba but also in Latin America, was awarded with the 60th Anniversary seal of the EGREM, as part of the activities for the Romerías de Mayo taking place in this eastern city.
